Mix 1 scoop of Flexx EAA with 8-10oz. of cold water. Flexx EAA can be consumed prior to training, during training and after training for maximum efficacy. May also be used on non-training days. |

- This product is strictly intended for use by healthy persons 18 years of age or older.
- Do not combine with other caffeine or stimulant-containing products.
- Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing or trying to become pregnant.
