Shipping Rates & Policies

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Shipping rates depend on orders' weight and destination. Once you’ve placed an order with us, it will be forwarded to our shipping partners within 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number.
Throughout the delivery process, we will be maintaining close contact with our shipping partners; continuously tracking and supervising your purchase, in order to make sure it arrives at your doorstep within the promised timeframe.

Your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location:
UAE 1-3 Working Days
GCC 3-5 Working Days

SHIPPING RATES:

For all UAE deliveries, the shipping fees are 25 AED per package (up to 10kg). For larger shipments, an additional charge of 2 AED/kg will be applied. For GCC and Middle East Countries, rates will be based on DHL/Aramex and a separate email will be sent to confirm the price based on the weight of the package.

IMPORT TAXES & ADDITIONAL FEES:

Product prices on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
